Knowing a picture paints a thousand words, Parker & Partners provided 12 FUJIFILM Finepix F30 digital cameras to 12 federal politicians from all sides of politics and across the Nation, and asked each to capture the essence of their electorate in just one shot.
The resulting 12 photos will make up the inaugural Parker & Partners Australian Political Calendar. The winning photo - selected by a panel of leaders in Australian media - receives the Politzer Prize and will grace the cover of this year's calendar.
This year's judges are John Lehmann, Editor of The Bulletin, Matt Price from The Australian, Malcolm Farr, Chief Political Reporter at the Daily Telegraph and Andrew Parker, Managing Director, Parker & Partners. Parker & Partners would like to thank the 12 participating politicians for their contributions and creativity. We also extend our appreciation to our judges, our corporate partners FUJIFILM Australia, Singleton Ogilvy & Mather and Art Direction Creative.
